Make Albums Not Songs.
I grew up in a very musical household.
Sounds of Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, and the Beatles could often be heard coming from a sound system.
While most people fall in love with songs, I was drawn to each album as its own body of work. Each song pushes the overarching narrative forward.
Now as I look to enter the brand world, I begin to see great work as albums too. A brand's values, employees, advertising, and products are all songs that make up the album that is the brand.
I hope to be a part of great teams that can make great albums for brands.
If brands want to reach their desired audience they need to make albums, not songs.
